Free Standard Shipping

NUVAI offers free standard shipping on all orders to eligible countries, with no minimum purchase required.

Shipping availability is determined by the destination entered during checkout. If we are unable to ship to your location, the applicable shipping options will not be available at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible after they are placed.

Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery

Most standard orders are expected to arrive within approximately 6–9 business days.

This timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside of NUVAI's control.

International orders may require additional transit time.

Expedited Shipping

When available, expedited or upgraded shipping options may be offered at checkout for an additional charge.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

Purchasing expedited shipping does not necessarily eliminate order processing time.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

International Shipping

NUVAI ships to eligible international destinations. Availability is determined at checkout based on the shipping destination.

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or similar charges associated with their order.

Customs processing may also result in additional delivery time that is outside of NUVAI's control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with other members of your household or building.

Carrier delays and other circumstances outside of our control can occasionally occur. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing shipping issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at contactnuvai@gmail.com.

We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help us evaluate and resolve the issue.

Returns

Eligible purchases are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, beginning on the date the order is delivered.

For qualifying returns under the guarantee, NUVAI covers return shipping.
