We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you return it quickly and kindly.

Return window

• 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange.

What’s eligible

• Unopened, unused items only (factory seal intact, all original packaging and inserts).

• Bundles/sets: Must be returned sealed as a complete set. Partial returns are accepted only for unopened components.

What isn’t eligible

• Any opened or used items for hygiene/safety reasons (applies to skincare and supplements).

• Final-sale items, free promotional items, and digital gift cards.

• Returns initiated after 30 days or items not purchased on our site.

• Excessive/abusive return behavior (rare, but we reserve the right to limit for fair use).

How to start

Email contactnuvai@gmail.com with your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange. We’ll send quick authorization and a return label (please don’t ship anything back without authorization).

Return shipping

• U.S. orders: We provide a prepaid return label.

• International orders: Please use a tracked service; customs/duties are non-refundable.

Refund timing

• Refunds are issued 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

• Original shipping fees (if any) aren’t refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?

Email contactnuvai@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund promptly—even if the packaging needed to be opened to discover the issue.

Exchanges

Prefer a different item? If your original product is unopened, we’re happy to process an exchange within 30 days. Your exchange ships once the return is scanned by the carrier.
