We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you return it quickly and kindly.
Return window

30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange.
What’s eligible

Unopened, unused items only (factory seal intact, all original packaging and inserts).

Bundles/sets: Must be returned sealed as a complete set. Partial returns are accepted only for unopened components.
What isn’t eligible

Any opened or used items for hygiene/safety reasons (applies to skincare and supplements).

Final-sale items, free promotional items, and digital gift cards.

Returns initiated after 30 days or items not purchased on our site.

Excessive/abusive return behavior (rare, but we reserve the right to limit for fair use).
How to start
Email contactnuvai@gmail.com with your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange. We’ll send quick authorization and a return label (please don’t ship anything back without authorization).
Return shipping

U.S. orders: We provide a prepaid return label.

International orders: Please use a tracked service; customs/duties are non-refundable.
Refund timing

Refunds are issued 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Original shipping fees (if any) aren’t refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Email contactnuvai@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund promptly—even if the packaging needed to be opened to discover the issue.
Exchanges
Prefer a different item? If your original product is unopened, we’re happy to process an exchange within 30 days. Your exchange ships once the return is scanned by the carrier.
