At NUVAI, we want you to feel confident trying our products. We offer a 30-day return window and a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible NUVAI products purchased directly through our official website.
The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase NUVAI Brain & Focus Formula and decide it isn't right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Single-bottle orders: You may open and try the bottle. To receive a refund under the guarantee, the bottle must be returned to NUVAI.
Multi-bottle or bundle orders: You may open and try one bottle. All additional bottles from that order must remain unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund of the bundle. All bottles included in the order, including the opened bottle, must be returned.
Opening more than one bottle from a multi-bottle order may make the order ineligible for a full refund under the guarantee.
Other Returns
For products or circumstances not covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, return requests must also be made within 30 days of delivery.
Unless otherwise covered by the guarantee above, returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Free Return Shipping
For eligible returns under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, NUVAI will cover the cost of return shipping.
Please contact us before returning your order. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label or other prepaid return method where applicable.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Please include your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used to place the order
- Reason for requesting the return
We will review your request and provide return instructions if your order is eligible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed after we have confirmed that your refund was issued and you have not received it, please contact us at contactnuvai@gmail.com.
Original Shipping Charges
NUVAI offers free standard shipping on eligible orders.
If you choose to purchase expedited, priority, or another upgraded shipping service at checkout, those additional shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is the result of an error by NUVAI.
Eligible return shipping under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is paid by NUVAI.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you receive the wrong product, or something is missing from your order, contact us at contactnuvai@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We may ask for photographs of the product, packaging, or shipping materials so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Abuse of the Guarantee
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is intended to allow customers to genuinely try NUVAI with confidence.
NUVAI reserves the right to deny a refund where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse of the guarantee, repeated or excessive return activity, intentional misuse, or failure to meet the conditions described in this policy.
For multi-bottle orders, only one bottle may be opened or used to qualify for a full bundle refund.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to eligible products purchased directly through NUVAI's official website.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
